On my weekend trip to Venice, Italy I discovered how much I love Bellinis. Before going to Venice I had zero clue that the Bellini originated in Italy, much less Venice! A Bellini is basically Prosecco and peach puree. On Saturday's lunch, the Bellini I had was one of the best. It was pereferly pureed and had an equal amount of Prosecco and peach.
Later that night we went to a bar close to where we stayed and got some drinks. I ordered another Bellini. This one was more liquid-based but still very flavorful.
